Sizing
Small- 26″-30″*Medium- 31″-35″*Large- 35″-39″XL- 40″-44″2XL- 45″-49″3XL- 50″-55″
*If you measure right around 35″ but prefer a solid, snug fit, Medium will do the trick! For a loser fit, Large will work. Additionally, if there is any sizing issues on products purchased from Gatorback we will happily get you the size you need!
Patented Memory Foam Back-Support Pad
High quality memory foam is ergonomically molded and shaped to provide support and long-term comfort.The molded air-channels allows for airflow under the belt to prevent overheating and reducing sweating.The inside material is an ultra-breathable Lycra fabric that further promotes air flow.Measures 8″ at the widest part of the back support and tapers down to 3″ at the front.
Riveted & Bar-Tack Stitched
Every stress point along the pouches and belt is secured with bar-tack stitching and reinforced with metal rivets.Every pocket opening has an extra layer of heavy-duty nylon webbing to prevent wear on the pouches
Boxed Design
The pouches and pockets are designed to take on a “box” shape to maximize space and accessibility.The main compartment of each pouch has a plastic reinforcement sewn into the material to prevent it from ever losing its shape or collapsing.The boxed design keeps smaller items more accessible by removing difficult to reach crevasses caused by classic “envelope” style stitching that comes together at a point.
Leather-Tipped Belt
The main belt used features a genuine leather tipped end to increase strength, durability and to prevent holes from ever ripping out.The double metal buckle makes for an extremely secure fit.
Metal Suspender Rings
Heavy-duty nickel plated steel suspender rings to allow for easy attachment of suspenders. Fits all standard four-point suspenders on the market. The rings are sewn into the belt at three points per ring across the width of the belt, making it nearly impossible to ever rip out. Even when fully loaded!
Carrying Handles
The belts have convenient carrying handles to make for easy transportation of the belt when not being worn. These also aid in putting on and removing the belt, making your job easier! They are attached to the belt with heavy duty metal rivets reinforced with bar-tack stitching.
